Illustration Friday :Lonely

She sits alone in her bedroom, 

Waiting for her sister,

She holds her memories inside her heart, 

She remembers days gone by, 

When she was just a baby, 

With her sister by her side, 

But now her life is different, 

She feels like running wild, 

She's sad and brokenhearted, 

She's a lost and lonely child.

This was an illustration I did sometimes back for a children's story based on 

how two sisters learn  to cope with living in two different homes due to separation,

Illustration Friday :Lost

Lost in the woods,

I was lost before:

but I already escaped,

now, I'm already free;

riding on my steed

to go back home,

it takes an hour

to feel complete again,

but these winding roads

took me quite certain;

lost in the woods,

I am lost again,

a place for wilderness,

a place for nothingness:

finding my way out

my steed is dead,

loneliness covered my heart

now, walking so alone

wait for me someone.

Difficult phase !!!

I ask God to… make you happy, make you smile, guide you safely through every mile; grant you wealth, give you health, and most of all, give you care and love you well. Going through a rough phase as my father not keeping well! Hope things will be fine soon!
